If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Wes Services Solutions LLC.
2. Scope of Services
WSS specializes in mobile diagnostics, service, maintenance, and repair of:
Aerial lifts and scissor lifts (Genie, MEC, JLG, JCB, etc.).
Compact construction equipment and dirt/landscaping machines.
Lawn mowers, zero-turn mowers, and small-engine equipment.
Pressure washer systems, pumps, and hydraulic repairs.
Forklifts, telehandlers, and related machinery.
We also provide preventive maintenance programs, tune-ups, inspections, and other field service work as quoted.
Limitations:
Work is limited to what is described in your estimate or work order.
Any additional labor, parts, or changes require your prior approval (text, email, or signature is acceptable).
WSS is not obligated to perform work outside its stated service expertise.
3. Estimates, Diagnostics & Authorizations
Estimates are not final. They are based on initial inspections and may change once work begins, if hidden issues are found.
Diagnostics are billable. Once diagnostics are performed, the fee is non-refundable even if you choose not to proceed with repairs.
Authorization. By approving a service, you authorize WSS to disassemble, test, and handle your equipment as reasonably necessary to perform diagnostics and repairs.
Removed parts. Unless you specifically request them back at the time of service, removed parts may be discarded once replaced.
4. Pricing & Payment
Rates. Service fees may include:
A mobile service call fee (includes up to 25 miles of travel).
Diagnostic fee.
Hourly labor for repair work.
Mileage charges beyond the included radius.
Deposits. Special-order parts or larger jobs may require upfront deposits. Deposits for special-order parts are non-refundable once ordered.
Payment due. All payments are due immediately upon job completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments. Past-due balances may incur interest and late fees as permitted by Georgia law. Returned checks or chargebacks will incur bank and administrative fees.
Non-payment. WSS may withhold equipment, keys, or assert a mechanic’s lien on serviced property until invoices are paid in full.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Customer cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be charged the service-call fee.
No access / unsafe site. If our technician cannot access equipment, or the site is unsafe, the visit may be billed as a service call.
WSS cancellations. We may reschedule service due to weather, safety, supply chain delays, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.
6. Parts, Warranty & Returns
Parts. WSS may use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or high-quality aftermarket parts. Equivalent alternatives may be substituted with your approval if originals are unavailable.
Manufacturer warranties. Any manufacturer warranty on parts passes directly to you. WSS is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions or delays.
Labor warranty. WSS warranties its labor for 30 days from the completion date, limited to the specific repair performed. This excludes:
Normal wear-and-tear items (belts, filters, blades, etc.).
Failures caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, contamination, or unrelated equipment issues.
Returns. Once installed and used, most parts cannot be returned unless proven defective.
Customer-supplied or used parts. No warranty of any kind is provided on these parts, and WSS may decline installation at its discretion.

If conditions are unsafe, WSS may refuse or stop work without liability.
8. Risk of Loss & Limits of Liability
